Where to Meet the Driver

When being picked up at the McNamara Terminal of the airport, the chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim area on the lower level 1, near the Coffee Beans shop.
If you are arriving at the North Terminal, the chauffeur will meet you at the baggage carousels. For International Delta Terminal Arrivals, the chauffeur will be waiting for you near the currency exchange.

Waiting Time at the Airport and Fees

After your flight lands, please turn on your cell phone. Our chauffeur will wait for up to 30 minutes for Domestic Arrivals and up to 1 hour for International Arrivals after the flight has landed, after which a waiting charge of at least $50 will apply. We monitor flight schedules for delays and early arrivals, and only accept flights that indicate delays in our system for timing purposes. For airport pickups, there is an additional $10 airport parking fee. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all reservations, but if you prefer to specify a different amount, please let us know when making your reservation. If you choose to prepay for your pickup online or over the phone, a 20% gratuity will be added to the charge unless you specify otherwise.

Waiting Time at Home

Please be aware that if you are being picked up from home and arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled time, charges will apply. If you arrive 30 minutes after the scheduled time and the driver has another reservation after yours, they will regrettably have to leave and you will be charged the full fees and gratuity.

Confirmations

If you have made a reservation with us and have not received a confirmation email within one to two hours, please contact us. Please note that if one of our drivers arrives to pick you up and there is no cancellation, you will be charged the full fee whether you ride with us or not.

Cancellations

If a customer cancels their reservation more than twenty-four hours before the scheduled pickup time, they will not be charged. However, if a cancellation is made within twenty-four hours of the scheduled pickup time or after it, the customer will be charged the full fare plus gratuity. Each reservation must be cancelled individually. If you need to make changes or cancel a pickup between 12:00 am and 5:00 am, please call before 10:00 pm on the night before the scheduled pickup to avoid any charges.

Weather Conditions

Please note that our company cannot be held responsible for any missed flights or cancellations due to natural disasters such as thunderstorms or tornados while we provide our services. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by winter weather or unsafe road conditions, such as unsalted roads, car accidents, or heavy traffic. We also do not provide insurance for any loss due to service delays or cancellations caused by mechanical breakdown. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase their own travel insurance for this. Please be aware that no claims against our company or employees can be brought to court regarding the examples mentioned above as we do not accept any liability.

Damage Fees

During the time that our vehicles are being used by the client and their group, the client is responsible for any damages that occur and will be held financially liable. If any messes, including bodily fluids of humans or animals, are made in our cars/SUV, a minimum fee of $200.00 will be charged.

Laws

It is against the law to consume alcohol or use drugs while using our service. If any laws are being broken, the driver will cancel the service and contact the police. Additionally, the full fees, including gratuity, will still be charged. Lastly, we will only load the cars up to their seating capacity.

Credit Card Charges

If you make a reservation online or over the phone, we will assume it is prepaid unless you tell us otherwise. We will also add a 20% gratuity automatically, unless you ask us not to. We will charge your credit card manually through CHASE BANK, unless you tell us you want to use a different payment method. You have until 11:59 pm on the day you make the reservation to change your payment method. If you haven’t completed the reservation, we can discuss alternative payment arrangements. However, once the reservation is completed, full payment is due. If the amount is over $300, we’ll need to see a photo ID that matches the credit card on file.

Car Seats and Boosters

Please note that car seats and boosters are subject to availability, even if reserved beforehand. Each car seat or booster can be provided for an additional cost of $10 per ride. Rest assured that we clean these items daily and as needed. However, our chauffeurs are not responsible for buckling the car seat/booster or the child into it. While we provide these items, we assume no responsibility or liability for their use. If you prefer, we can store your personal car seat or booster for a fee of $1 per day until your return from your trip.

Photography and Video Surveillance

By using our services and entering our vehicles or premises, customers are agreeing to be under audio and video surveillance on a voluntary basis. However, security footage can only be requested for review by a judge.

Please note that specific vehicle requests cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability.

Refunds

Once a reservation has been fully completed, we do not provide any refunds. This applies to customers who go with another company without canceling their reservation, fail to show up at the meeting location, or do not cancel their reservation at least two hours before the scheduled pick-up time or flight arrival. If a cancellation is less than two hours before the scheduled pick-up time or flight arrival, we require a minimum waiting charge. Our drivers reserve the customer’s reservation exclusively, and it is not fair for them to wait without compensation for no-shows or late cancellations. We do not adjust our pricing to compete with Uber’s pricing. Our company has its pricing structure, and we do not offer pricing adjustments to compete with them.
